VII. Internet governance process principles
Set some clear language for a balanced Multistakeholder approach:
Internet governance processes, policy and decisions should respect and support full participation of all affected internet users [and future users] and stakeholders, including governments, civil society, technical community, private sector and academia.
Is a stakeholder a person or an interest group??
